Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Secretary cum Project Coordinator to join our company Nathan Digital. In this pivotal role, you will not only provide high-level administrative support to executives but also ensure seamless coordination of project activities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple responsibilities with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for executives, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and team-building events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
  • Manage project-related correspondence and maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Track project expenses, maintain budget records, and ensure adherence to financial policies.
  • Provide administrative support such as drafting correspondence, managing files, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably with exposure to project coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues as they arise.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
