Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Secretary cum Project Coordinator to join our company Nathan Digital. In this pivotal role, you will not only provide high-level administrative support to executives but also ensure seamless coordination of project activities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple responsibilities with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for executives, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and team-building events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
- Manage project-related correspondence and maintain communication with stakeholders.
- Track project expenses, maintain budget records, and ensure adherence to financial policies.
- Provide administrative support such as drafting correspondence, managing files, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably with exposure to project coordination.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues as they arise.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
